If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact our Customer Care as soon as possible: once the order has been sent to our warehouse, it will no longer be possible to modify it. You can always request a return after the delivery of the order if you change your mind on one or more items. Please read our Return Policy and Terms and Conditions for more information.
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive the Tracking Number for your parcel by email: you can use this reference to follow delivery on the UPS website. You will receive all the instructions in the shipping confirmation email. Registered users can also follow the progress of the delivery from My Account, in the "My Orders" section.
